Unfortunately, I could not achieve this target, which got me so devastated and the motivation to reduce my weight was fast waning. I had to review my goal and set practical ways of shedding excessive weight. I created a schedule, which included adequate gym time with guidance of a gym instructor and also set diet timetable with the help of a nutritionist. The result was so amazing. Every week I lost at least 1 kg, which was positive result towards achieving my goal. I realized that success demands specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time Bound objective. I also realized that too high and unachievable objectives demoralize people while too easy goals undermine ones
